Ken, I agree with going directly to the public. The number of Realtors going to the “find your own inspector” is going due to the liability with steering. Good Video!

I am a 73 old inspector with over 24 years of experience. I have relied soley on referrals from realtors. Now I find the internet is beating me to death. My savy on the computer sucks and the only use I have for it is to do my reports, Texas style. I would like to have a website and some basic knowledge of the “new age”. I have completed over 5,300 residential inspections and know what I’m doing. Please advise.
