Gain Not Only Technical Skills But You Will Have To Get A Marketing Education As Well.
In the past individuals wanting to get into the home inspection business sole concern was how are they going to acquire the needed “technical skills” to be a home inspector. Well that’s out! Without the skills needed to market your business you’ll be dead in the water before your startup money runs out.
Real estate agents don’t want to refer their clients to “newbie” home inspectors so how are you going to get clients? Regardless of how many business cards or brochures you pass the real agents won’t be convinced that you won’t screw up their sale and they won’t give you a chance.
So the real question is…how are you going to get clients?
The answer is…you should go direct to the public for business. But if you have to figure out those strategies on your own, you’ll go broke before you get it right!
